About Project

The project has been located in Fatih area, the oldest neighborhood and area of Istanbul. It overlooks to Marmara Sea in front and Istanbul old wall from behind.

The project is unique because it is an archaeological building which has been rebuilt according to the latest advanced construction methods.

The project has several sections, including a railway, a hotel and shops as well as an archaeological building which will be a museum.

There are many private and public schools, hospitals, shopping malls as well as many private universities, such as Peroni University and Istanbul University, in the project area.

The project has been built on an area of 40,000 square meters.
